1- Open a new image 950 x 500 and fill it with a Radial gradient made of two colors
Foreground _ #3678cc
Background_ #9ebee6
Angle= 0 Repeats=15 -Invert unchecked.

2- Select All > Paste Into Selection into a floral Misted or one of your choice. Select None

3- Effects > Image Effects > Seamless Tiling > Side by Side

4- Adjust > Blur > Radial Blur > Zoom 45\20\50\20

5- Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance More

6- Plugin > Filter Two Moon > Dreamulator > Default

7- Plugin Simple > Quick Tile

8- Effects > Edge Effects > Enhance

9- Layers > Duplicate

10- Image > Resize 70%

11- Plugin Flaming Pear > Flexify 2

12- Image > Resize 95%

13- Activate the Magic Wand Tool and select the central part of the circle.

14- Paste Into Selection into a floral Misted or one of your choice.

15- Adjust > Sharpen More

16- Effects > 3D Effects > Chisel > 6 > Solid color > white

17- Layer > New Raster Layer

18- Effects > 3D Effects > Cutout > 0\0\100\30,43

19- Select > None > Layers > Merge Down

20- Effects > Drop Shadow > 0\0\80\40- Color (#000000)

21- Adjust > Sharpen

22- Activate Raster 1 > Layers Duplicate

23- Plugin Mura's Meister > Perspective Tiling > Height > 15

24- Adjust > Sharpen

25- Effects > Drop Shadow > 0\0\80\40 > Color (#0e1f36)

26- Layers > Duplicate

27- Image > Mirror Vertical

28- Effects > Drop Shadow > 0\0\80\40 > Color (#0e1f36)

29- Apply your main tube, use Sharpen and
Drop Shadow to your liking.

(If you prefer, move the circle to the right (left) to better position the tube)
Optional > Pick Tool X=250 - Y=00

30- Layers > Merge Visible

31- Plugin AAA Frames > Foto Frame

32- Apply Decor_nmcriacoes_31

33- Layers > Blend Mode > Luminance (Legacy)

34- Effects > Drop Shadow > 0\0\80\40- Color (#000000)

35- Adjust > Sharpen

36- Layers > Merge All

37- Sign and save as JPEG.
